The Fortis Green blend was created to satisfy those who are looking for a balanced, sweet & rather traditional cup of coffee. Fortis Green seasonally changes with current crop and highlights each coffee’s best qualities. All components are selected to complement each other for the right balance of sweetness, body, acidity & smoothness.
We see a new and exciting update to our house blend, as FORTIS GREEN moves on to a double bubble Brazilian blend. We featured this make up last year, and fell in love with how the two differently styled Brazilian lots worked together, with Evanete Peres providing the slight acidity in Fortis Green that we like, akin to the washed lot. The blend remains a two component blend, and we keep the blend with a 75% make up from Barrinha, keeping the continuation and flavour profile. Fortis Green has a slight bigger body, and smoother nature with the same rounded plum and praline notes. Expect the flavour profile you have come to know and love!
